Wallcott.com strives to provide its customers with an efficient and easy to use order and delivery service. We accept orders for items subject to availability. If for any reason the items you ordered are no longer available, we will contact you using the contact details you supplied when placing your order and either:
•Offer you an alternative item of equivalent quality and price if this is possible or
•Cancel the item from your order and give you a full refund in respect of that item or
•If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response from you, we will process any remaining items on your order and refund you for the items we were unable to supply
Deliveries are made between Sundays & Thursday (except for Public Holidays). Most orders for delivery in the UAE are delivered within 48-72 business hours of your order. If your order has not arrived after 4 working days kindly call our customer service team or email us at info@Wallcott.com Also If your order has not arrived within 10 working days you have the right to cancel your order and claim a full refund.
A refund will only be given if the order has not yet been shipped. In case the item has been shipped but not yet received than a refund will be given after deduction of the cost of shipping. If the item has already been received by the customer then we cannot give a refund but it can still be exchanged as per our exchange policy.
Wallcott.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. Wallcott.com may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Website (including the release of new tools and resources). Wallcoat.com may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your Wallcott.com account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Website. In addition, Wallcott.com can terminate the Website immediately as part of a general shut down of our service. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

In no event will Wallcott.com, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement or substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to Wallcott.com under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. Wallcott.com shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond our reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
You represent and warrant that your use of the Website will be in strict accordance with the Wallcott.com Privacy Policy, with this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wallcott.com, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
Except to the extent applicable law, if any, provides otherwise, this Agreement, any access to or use of the Website will be governed by the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates applicable there.
